The India hospitality segment is experiencing a significant demand for high quality hotel rooms; yet India’s current supply offers only 110,000 standard hotel rooms. China has 10 times more, and the United States 40 times more.

We have allocated $300 million dollars to build 50 properties in Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities throughout India.  We plan to start development within the next 12 months.  We are currently in the process of identifying and acquiring sites and entering into strategic partnerships with well renowned local and international companies for the development of our hospitality projects.

Our team is constantly scouring cities for the perfect “location”.  We work with world class architects and construction companies to ensure that our properties are designed and built to the highest standards with superior facilities and amenities.  Our hands-on-approach throughout the development process guarantees that no short cuts will be taken to jeopardize the integrity of our product.

Retail

CNC India Group plans redefine the shopping experience in India by:

  • Creating the right tenant mix to create synergies instead of competition between shops
  • Providing excellent management with experienced leasing professionals and low common area maintenance charges with a high quality services
  • Providing best in-class infrastructure such as larger parking garages and power backup
  • Planning and design the flow of traffic to bring more people by your store

Since we will continue to own the property and manage the leasing after it is built, we can put the tenant’s interests first and ensure our shopping centers have the right tenant mix and are maintained properly.

Office

We are the perfect partner for our clients' office space needs in India. Our clients' design requirements can easily be accommodated in our US office or in one of our local Indian Offices. CNC India Group has allocated $250 million to develop Class A office space throughout India.  Our focus is:
