CNC India Group intends to acquire non-agricultural land, facilitate any requisite zoning changes and improve the land parcels.

We will build basic infrastructure and linkages to enhance the value of the land.

We are focused on land parcels approximately 15-40 km from the CBD; however these parcels must remain within 5-10 km from large suburbs/townships and have adequate access to infrastructure such as airports, train stations etc.

CNC is focused on developing small-scale high-end products in smaller cities that would complement additional larger-scale mixed-income products.
